3.Optional Documents for Bachelor Degree Applicants
• China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) Transcripts

4.Supplementary Documents for Scholarship / Master Degree / PHD Applicants
• Personal Resume / CV
• Bank Statement / Finanical Statement
• Study Plan / Research Proposal /Personal Statement
• Two Recommendation Letters from Professor or Associate Professor
• Study Gap Certificates or Working Proof (If you have)

5.Language Proficiency Certificate
• English Proficiency Certificate ( IELTS /TOEFL/Duolingo/ A Certificate of Equivalent English)-For applicants from non-English speaking countries
• Chinese Proficiency Certificate ( HSK )-For applicants who apply degree programs in Chinese taught

6.Supplementary Documents for Minor Applicants
• Authotization Letter to the Guardian
• Letter of Guarantee from the Guardian
• Guardian’s ID or Passport Page

7.Supplementary Documents for Transfer Students
• No Objection Letter
• Transfer Letter with Accendance Rate

8.Alternatives for Absent Documents

• Pre-Graduation Certificate

• No Passport Statement

Step 3 Select University

• Based on your documents and preferences, our professional advisor will customize the most suitable Chinese university application plan for you to select.
• The Chinese university application plan mainly includes: the recommended university , scholarship type, fee structure, application service fee and application timeline,etc.

Step 4 Pay & Apply

• Based on the agreements between Future Consulting & China’s universities, Future Consulting does the collection of application fees for universities. You have to pay the application fee and our platform processing fee in advance ,so that the university can process your application.

Step 5 Receive Admission

• In general, it only takes 1-3 weeks to receive your Admission.
• Future Consulting will track your admission status regularly and give you updates of each admission steps.
• The following are the explanation of 3 general admission steps that will be updated by the admission office of the universities when they make a decision on your application,including :
Admission Step 1:
“Processing” it means your application documents are under verifying by the university.
Admission Step 2:
A:"Conditional Admission" means your application has passed admission step one and is now in the second step, you need to do necessary things accordingly.
B:"Pending" means your application documents are not qualified, you need to do necessary things accordingly.
C:"Rejected" means your application is rejected.
Admission Step 3:
"Accepted-EOFFER" means your application is accepted. The university will issue your Admission Notice and uplode your JW202 form.

Step 6 Receive JW202 Form

• In general, it only takes 1-4 weeks to receive your JW202 /DQ Form
• Admission and the JW202/DQ form is an indispensable document required by Chinese embassy for applying X1/X2 visa. Every JW202 /DQ form has its unique QR code which is issued by the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), the Ministry of Public Security (MOP) and local governments.

Step 7 Apply for Student Visa

• If you will study in China for more than 180 days, you need to apply for X1 visa from local Chinese embassy; 

  if less than 180 days, you need to apply for X2 visa from Chinese embassy.

Step 8 Prepare for Departure

• Read your admission carefully
• Prepare your luggage
• Make a travel plan

Step 9 Register on Campus

To register in the university, you should present some necessary documents. Actually these documents needed vary from university to university; 

here is some that are indispensible to all universities:

• Original Admission Letter /Notice
• Original JW202 /DQ form
• Original Passport
• Passport-sized photos
• Fees for tuition and insurance (or a receipt if you've already paid):
• Other documents required by the university

Step 10 Obtain Residence Permit

• Apply for a residence permit 30 days within your arrival in China in the Local Exit-Entry Administration Bureau in China. 

  Otherwise your stay will be considered illegal and you will be fined (500 RMB/day) and even expelled by local authority. 

• When get your resident permit ,that means you study in China successfully !
