Accommodation Guide for Non-Degree Students
To help non-degree students find suitable accommodation in Shenzhen, this guide provides several housing information channels for your reference.
1. Accommodation Notice
Students enrolled in non-degree programs are required to arrange their own accommodation during their study period, as the university does not provide housing. To assist students in understanding reliable housing options in Shenzhen, several popular rental platforms are listed below for your reference:

The platforms above are for recommendation only. Shenzhen University and the International Exchange College do not participate in any rental transactions. Students are advised to carefully verify the authenticity of listings. If you encounter any suspicious situations, please report them to the police promptly to protect your personal safety and property.
