Southeast University (SEU), located in Nanjing—the historical capital of six ancient Chinese dynasties—is a national key university directly administered under the Ministry of Education of China.‌1 Founded in 1902, the university has evolved into a leading academic and research institution, particularly renowned for its exceptional engineering programs.‌

‌Overview‌
SEU is a key member of both the national “985 Project” and “211 Project”, and was selected into the “Double First-Class” Initiative as a Class A university in 2017.‌The university consists of 36 schools and departments offering 90 undergraduate programs, with a current enrollment of 40,220 full-time students and 3,371 full-time faculty members, including 16 academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering.‌
